Enhance your understanding of anti-oppression from the perspective of self care. Self care doesn’t exist in a vacuum. The effects of oppression and privilege impact how we are able or unable to care for ourselves and this is something we need to be talking about. In this workshop, participants will learn and practice skills needed to incorporate anti-oppression in our everyday lives.
Join us for this interactive session co-Facilitated by Samantha MacAndrew, Coordinator of OPIRG Peterborough and Community Race Relations Committee Coordinator, Angela Connors.
