This free showing of the film NINTH FLOOR marks the 50th anniversary of one of the pivotal events in systemic racism in Canada — the 1969 Computer Riot at Montreal’s Sir George Williams University. Featuring very special guest RODNEY JOHN, one of the major players in the film and 1969 events.

Join in an inspired afternoon of story-sharing, community dialogue and connection about the best local, proactive responses to hate. Together we’ll discover synergies and next steps among activists, community leaders and groups doing work on these issues. Opening “provocateur”: Bernie Farber, Chair, Canadian Anti-Hate Network. FREE, but come prepared to participate deeply.
